Hellooooooo!!!

What's goin' on guys? It's been good to read some of your updates and Kevin's thoughts on Genesis lately, they've been great! Nikki and I have been busy lately. Last weekend we were in Boswell, PA working at Summer's Best Two Weeks, which is a Christian summer camp that Nikki has been going to for 14yrs and that we worked at together last summer as counselors. This weekend was a celebration of the work that God has done through the life of Jim Welsh. Jim founded the sweet camp 43 years ago. Since camp began 43 years ago, 166,000 kids have heard the Gospel of Jesus Christ there! Throughout the weekend one main thing really stuck out to me and grabbed my heart. That one thing was what God can do through the life of just one man who is willing to give up his life in order to truly gain it. I thought about the power and awesome ability of our God to work through us the whole weekend and am still thinking about it. God is sooooooo amazingly able to do all things, but so often I refuse to believe that He could use me to do anything worthwhile for His kingdom. This usually happens because I am concentrating on my weaknesses instead of His strength. If we humbly give our lives completely to Christ He will use us to glorify Himself and advance His kingdom!

After the weekend, Nikki and I went to the "Burgh" and got our wedding registry started! It was sweet but also tiring! We took advantage of the once in a lifetime opportunity when people buy you a lot of nice things for sure! We even went to Sears and registered for tools and a drill so I can to some home repairs. We also looked at Apartments for the Spring, Holla! I can't wait to live with that girl! The apartments we looked at are right beside the school that I'm student teaching at in the Spring. It would be great to get in there because I could just walk to school and that would free the car up for Nikki to go substitute in a nearby district, so that is what we are praying for! Well I need to get back to work guys, love you all and I can't wait to hear from you!
