Check on the Aug 4th post on www.stevenfurtick.com and read the post called systematic thoughtfulness. Talk about motivating! I love a good ole kick in the rear to get me obeying the holy spirit!
At the request of my rockin wife I took a ganders at the blogs she recommended and really appreciated them. Steve Furtick seems like a very godly, humble, gifted leader and I look forward to following his blog and all the amazing things God is doing through his church.
More specifically, I think the quality of his that comes out the most on the blog is genuine humility. He doesn't get overly spiritual and say that he couldn't care less that God has grown their church numerically. He is genuinely grateful for the platform he has and is honest about his and the churches short comings. His humility is a great example and I look forward to learning more...
