The Power of Faith

This morning I read Rev. 19-22 during my devotional time. Those chapters form such incredible picture of our sure and certain hope in Christ. They are truly stunning. As I read, I found myself just mouthing to myself, "believe it, believe it." Don't get me wrong, I believe in God, I trust Christ. But, really, do I believe this is the future that is coming? Is my heart set at peace by this hope? Is my life ordered around this future reality where Christ is glorious and central to all things? I look at myself and I constantly wonder, "do you really believe it?"

God help us to take Him at His Word!
